I'm Natural Mer

Specialist in integrative health and trained in naturopathy, with a focus on nutrition, microbiota, and psychoneuroimmunology.

I accompany people who want to recover their well-being from the root, understanding the origin of their symptoms and creating strategies adapted to their daily lives.

I work from a global and personalized perspective, combining integrative nutrition tools with the study of the digestive system, hormonal balance, and metabolic health.

Because when we understand the body as a whole and help it find its balance, symptoms diminish and health flourishes in a lasting way.

Wellness Journey

How did I discover the transformative power of nutrition?

I was born in Barcelona and, from a very young age, I felt a great fascination with understanding how the human body works. I spent hours reading about science, health, and everything related to physical and emotional well-being.

In my home, there was a deep respect for food: the shelves were filled with books about health, my mother spoke to me passionately about the importance of eating well, and my grandmother, with wisdom and simplicity, prepared natural and balanced meals, avoiding anything artificial or unnecessary.

That initial curiosity became a vocation over the years, which led me to train in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, Hospital and Health Services Management, Naturopathy, and Clinical Psychoneuroimmunology. All of this has allowed me to approach health from a comprehensive perspective, based on evidence, but also on the connection between body, mind, and environment.

In addition to being dedicated to health, I am also a lawyer. Although today my professional path is focused on nutrition, law continues to be a very valuable part of me. My legal training provided me with fundamental tools such as clear communication, efficient management, ethical discipline, and above all, a commitment to justice.

And precisely from that spirit of justice that has always accompanied me, I decided to dedicate myself to nutrition: because it seems deeply unfair to me that so many people live with pain, fatigue, or preventable diseases simply due to lack of information or education about how to eat properly.

Today I practice my health vocation as a form of reparation, helping my patients recover their quality of life, energy, and balance, from a preventive and personalized approach.

I firmly believe that the current healthcare system is brilliant at curing, but still has much to do in the field of prevention. That's why my purpose is to contribute my grain of sand by helping more people understand the enormous power that well-focused nutrition has to transform their health.

In addition to my work—which I enjoy as if it were a hobby—I love spending quality time with my loved ones, reading, exercising, dancing, learning new languages, cooking healthy recipes, and discovering new cultures. For me, well-being is not a destination, but a lifestyle that integrates mind, body, emotions, and relationships.
