How did I discover the transformative power of nutrition?
I was born in Barcelona and, from a very young age, I felt a great fascination with understanding how the human body works. I spent hours reading about science, health, and everything related to physical and emotional well-being.
In my home, there was a deep respect for food: the shelves were filled with books about health, my mother spoke to me passionately about the importance of eating well, and my grandmother, with wisdom and simplicity, prepared natural and balanced meals, avoiding anything artificial or unnecessary.
That initial curiosity became a vocation over the years, which led me to train in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, Hospital and Health Services Management, Naturopathy, and Clinical Psychoneuroimmunology. All of this has allowed me to approach health from a comprehensive perspective, based on evidence, but also on the connection between body, mind, and environment.
