Beyond nutrition, we will address other fundamental pillars of metabolic health: conscious movement adapted to your capabilities, restorative rest and sleep quality, and effective management of chronic stress. All these factors are intimately connected and directly affect your metabolism. We will also work on hormonal regulation, insulin sensitivity, mitochondrial health, and reducing systemic inflammation. I'll teach you to identify signs of metabolic dysregulation such as chronic fatigue, constant cravings, energy fluctuations, or difficulty maintaining a healthy weight.
